My name is Deni Cakiridis and I'm an Istanbul-based architect. This site is dedicated to my beer collection which started forming around 2015. It includes beers from all around the world and different breweries. There is a minor house rule: I must drink or taste the beer before taking it into my collection. Every bottle here is different and unique; in brand, taste, and wrapping. Feel free to browse.
